I finished the course but I never received the certificate by e-mail. What is wrong?
Check for an email from the NRA Online Training website in your email spam folder. It is possible that your email program or email service provider is filleting emails coming from this website as spam.
The course does not display correctly. How can I view the course the way it was intended to be taken?
The courses require a web browser with the latest version of the Adobe Flash Player. Use the “System Compatibility Checker” to verify the version number of your web browser.
On a PC (Windows or MAC), use one of the latest web browsers available:
Microsoft Internet Explorer 10 (Windows)
Google Chrome Version 24 or later (Windows and Mac)
Apple Safari (Mac) Mozilla Firefox 19 or later (Windows and Mac)
Opera 12 or later (Windows and Mac)
Can I take the courses on mobile devices?
The courses are not currently optimized to work on a tablet device.
When I try to take the first lesson of the course, all I see is a blank screen. What is wrong?
If you are running Windows 8, make sure to access the nraonlinetraining.org site from the Desktop browser and not from the Metro browser. On your Windows 8 Start screen (the one with the tiles), click on the "Desktop" tile. Once you are in the desktop mode, open your preferred browser and access the site.
This issue can also be caused by some browsers and the way they handle plugins. To fix this temporary problem, you can try restarting your computer and accessing the website again.
This issue is usually present in Internet Explorer 11. When you get the screen/pop-up with the blank screen, try resizing the browser window slighlty. The content should automatically appear.
What do I do if the technical question I have is not listed here?
